The unexpected joy from simplicity

The unexpected joy from simplicity.

Everything i do is focused (and has been for 20 years) on simplifying everything in life.

The ultimate sophistication is simplicity.

The more you can remove, the deeper you have to think and act.

The fewer moving parts in your life, the better your joy will grow.

Simplicity is operational genius.

At work, of course, and especially at home.

Simplicity is underrated

Disney Culture Speaker
Simplicity is underrated.

Simplicity is underrated.

There is great skill in being able to summarize the whole volume in a single sentence.

Practice doing it.

Focus on doing it.

Learn from those who are great at it.

Life has five big choices: mind, body, spirit, work, home.

A long, slow, determined march to minimalism

motivational quote about failing
i’m fully aware it might not work. And. And this is a big ‘and’, not trying is a guarantee it won’t work.

Here we are, April 9, 2017.

What began well before January 1 is continuing even last night and this morning.

A long, slow, determined march to minimalism.

Sorting.

Prioritizing.

Recycling.

Donating.

Purging.

It’s good for the soul on so many levels.

But why does it take so long?

Dream big, plan early

Logan Pass at Dusk
Sometimes the opposite of arriving early – staying late – provides margin. After the parking lot empties, Nature awakens.

There is something about breathing room that literally defies logic.

Creating space on a countertop.

Arriving earlier than necessary.

Thriving on less.

Simplicity.

Simple, key, repeatable

Images should also be simple, repeatable, and recognizable. Circled the font i think is the simplest.

Simple, key, repeatable.

The critical messages should be all three.

If they aren’t, they fail.

Live like you mean it.
