Why is it challenging to keep things simple?

Guessing it’s because there are so many alluring choices.

For literally everything.

All the time.

Culture equals behaviors (which are aka habits)

Dinner with two clients last night was open air and unique.

 

Culture defined
Simplicity is operational genius.

 

Culture equals behaviors (which are aka habits).

Habits can be manipulated molded into desirable ones versus ones that happen by default.

My goal two hours from now is to spend an hour making this compellingly clear.

Making something simple is hard

Last night the final, final review. It’s off to the printer this morning.

 

It’s not the Magic that makes it work at Disney, it’s the hard work that makes it Magic.

The effort involved in creating a different type of workbook for a two-day conference was much greater than i anticipated. Making something simple is hard.

There always seems to be too much to do and too little time to do it all.

My word for 2015 is ‘lean’.

Lean.

Minimalism?

Is it possible?

The only recourse is to remove enough extraneous stuff so that i can feel in control of the daily responsibilities.

Decades of accumulating.
