Rushing to be organized: same channel, different time:
- wake
- pray
- read, check work stuff
- not enough time to run
- walk to McDonalds for breakfast
- check work stuff
- set up laptop and recheck av (audio/visual)
- meet client and hotel staff
- greet and welcome participants
- teach two four-hour programs
- eat
- check work stuff
- call home
- sleep
