Change what you organize

Granite Park Chalet, lower right, at 6,600′ is about 35-mile drive from a rural road, plus an 8-mile hike. Without electricity, running water, heat, or flushing toilets, you see new things.

Organize what you see and what you see changes.

When an overwhelmingly cluttered desk is cleared of all clutter, you see life (and everything) differently.

Two times you can pay

Even if you start exercising late in life, you will benefit.

You can pay now.

You can pay later.

Think this one through.

Its DNA revolves around this:

A year from now you’ll wish you had started today.

Pay in cash

Looking North towards Canada from Swiftcurrent Mountain.

Pay in cash.

What?

If you do not pay your credit card bill in full each month, you are using money you do not have.

With cash, you have to have enough in the moment.

Metaphorically applied to being organized at home, paying in cash means you are wisely using something you currently have: time, energy, processes.

If you don’t have time, money, and processes to do it today, you know what you need won’t magically show up tomorrow.

You know that putting off until tomorrow that which can be done today will quickly snowball.

You know if you can’t do it today, you must discover why and fix the challenge.

You know that finding a million ways to stay motivated is the key to paying in cash.

Knowing is doing.

Congrats.

Got organized joy?

The two of us brainstormed yesterday the purpose of the speaker sizzle video. The right column my colleague shared and i added the left column.

Got organized joy?

Does your personal organization at home – the paperwork of life – bring you joy? That’s what this post is asking.

Be the organizer you wish to see

That is one thin wallet. Yesterday at the Allergist.

Be the organizer you wish to see.

It’s challenging to be decently organized.

Many of us believe we are over-worked.

There’s a decent chance this is mostly untrue.

What?

Yeah, think about the next question and give yourself a brutally honest answer.

Are you overworked or under-organized?
