Disney Institute Speakers
Picture worth a thousand words. Hands free. Mind free. Rarely do you see someone in public wearing two backpacks. Why?

Growing pains and progress travel together.

So does progress and joy.

Embrace your hero’s journey

Glacier National Park postcards
Have you ever received a Glacier National Park postcard? Ever sent one?

Simplifying and delegating can be overwhelming.

Please don’t let this stop you.

If your current situation is a story about the hero’s journey, you know the part where there’s a huge challenge that has to be met or everything is lost?

This hard, mostly overwhelming (with no guarantee, mind you) work is a fire you must walk through.

This is where difficult and lonely become your traveling companions.

Travel with them long enough and and eventually you’ll see a horizon you had begun to doubt you’d ever.

Being organized is a marathon, not a sprint

Big Orlando lakefront Estate near Disney World
Last week, neighbor’s home is huge.

Dear Son, do not give up because perfection seems (and most likely is) impossible. Be as organized as you can be. Build on your successes. Keep things simple. Keep things lean.

It may take decades, but at least you will aways be getting better.

PS. The bigger the home, the more there is to organize.
