Breakfast with Lee Cockerell before 7am, gym workout, deposit speaker’s fee check at bank, mail 20 commitment letters (a letter each leader wrote to themselves) one month after the executive leadership session, client call, lunch, email management, another client call, Apple Store One-to-One training session, pickup 9th grader, run with 9th grader, dinner  with Family (frozen pizza), after hours client call, then three more hours of work, and finally lights out.

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.
