The Disney Point is a real thing

Glacier Red Bus driver
The tour includes interesting stories, facts, and legends about Glacier National Park.

The Disney Point is a real thing.

Our Red Bus Tour “Jammer”, Debbie, has never been taught the Disney Point.

Once you learn it and never waiver from it at work, you’ll do it everywhere, for a lifetime i do believe.

Routines will make or break you

speaker hype
Theory? For sure. Reality? You have to decide for yourself.

You’re going to read this and think, duh, this is obvious.

Theory is obvious.

Applying theory successfully is rare.

Besides grit – personally or organizationally – the other critical success factor for world-class results is over-focusing on the best habits.

Habits and culture are synonymous.

Routines will make or break you or an organization.

There’s even a time to change and enhance great habits, and there’s a time to not waiver. Knowing when to hold on and when to let go is an art. The more you practice it, the better you get.

Insight: Do you have a morning routine?

Does it begin the night before with an early bedtime?

Say what you want about being a night owl.

No harm, no foul.

i used to be one, for two decades.

An overwhelming and long-term attribute that successful people swear their success to is having a consistent morning routine.

A routine that includes a focused morning plan.

The early bird gets the worm.

Culture by design or by default

Disney Customer Service Speaker
During lunch yesterday.

Culture by design or by default?

Are you intentional or unintentional?

Do you fight hard to slay inertia or do you rely on, “But I’m so busy.” to procrastinate?

Spoiler alert – it’s called a wakeup call for a reason.

7 tips for your cultural presentation

Disney Customer Service speaker
This is a way of life, a way of being.

7 tips for your cultural presentation:

  1. Your audience can’t wait to hear your exciting news about your Company’s cultural blueprints; your perfect opportunity to Wow them.
  2. An eager audience takes their cue from the presenter (that’s you); paint them an inspiring picture of the future that makes them feel special.
  3. Sales is the transfer of enthusiasm; sell it big.
  4. We are roughly 50/50 between your Company and jeff. Your Company’s focus is the content you’ve created. jeff’s focus is facilitating the application of your content to the audience’s daily life.
  5. You are collectively giving them a gift – a world-class toolkit.
  6. What you’re unveiling is not more work for them, it’s a toolkit to make the work they already do more compelling, focused, and productive.
  7. Bring your workbooks and ensure all attendees do as well.
