The high-priced story came free with rock solid values

A few days ago i had a three hour phone call from a long-time (former) Disney colleague. The most impactful moment was his reaction to me sharing that i was willing to walk away from a large contract.

What i’m saying is, he was incredibly inspired by this.

Turns out, there are still people left in the world who will make decisions using their values first and their pocket book second.

PS. i knew if i walked away, i would miss the revenue, but the purchase of a powerful story would have been priceless.

Turns outs, i got the story for free.

Officially signed a new speaking contract, although the verbal agreement last week was the same thing – a guarantee.

Also, most relaxed and engaged conversation with a high school freshman.

Patience is strength.
