We all know where the well-worn path leads

Willie has blown enough smoke in his life. That’s part of his persona. And his voice has no challengers.

Willie Nelson is 82 years old.

A category of one.

How’d he get that way?

He played, and continues to play, a lot of gigs.

And he never followed the well-worn path.

Use this in any way you see fit today, to move yourself closer to whatever it is you wish you had.

PS. Saw Willie in concert last night.

Time is our ammunition for fighting against being poorly organized.

Time is our ammunition against excuses and regrets.

Time is our ammunition in recognizing second chances.

Time is our ammunition in gaining permission.

Any questions?

How to make someone believe you’re with the band

jeremy camp

When we first entered the venue I told the volunteer, “We’re with the band”. Just like getting yourself to believe something important, if you say it convincingly, odds are it’ll be believable.

I quickly had to backtrack and tell him I was just kidding. As you can see, our seats weren’t even close to “being with the band”.

“Indecision may or may not be my problem.”Jimmy Buffett

Ain’t it da truth?  This is one of the many reasons I’ve been challenged to do a better job at living out my dreams.

Please don’t get me wrong, most people have a pretty good batting average – we do many of the things we say we’re going to do.

We also, because we’re human, don’t do a lot of the things we say we’re going to do.

The antidote?

Find your higher purpose.

And, be prepared to work harder than you ever have in your life.
