Praise is just as important as correction. And praise can come from anyone in an organization.
David, totally agree. And at the same time, it’s probably what holds most organizations together – the part where someone other than the boss serves up timely, sincere, specific feedback.
I mean, when was the last time you asked your boss to ease up on all the positive feedback they give to you?
