Today’s trip is an experiment, inspired by a week on Sanibel Island. Heading to Benedictine College for the biggest Masters Track & Field meet of the year… Only taking a small backpack with my running shorts and USA jersey .
Ironic that the 2012 London Olympics Track & Field competition began yesterday. As an aging Baby Boomer, I’ve drawn a line in the sand, refusing to be a spectator. Life is not a spectator sport. We know this.
