i love being organized to go to bed early enough (most nights) so that by 5am, i can wake up with eight hours of sleep.
With a consistent (but not perfect) regiment, i’m positioned to enjoy the morning because i’m not in a fog.
i already knew last night how the first two hours of this morning (Nov 21, 2018) would go.
Habits and rituals.
Bank on the great ones.
The “bad” ones keep deserving people away from having any idea what i’m talking about.
