As the crow flies, we are less than one mile from Walt Disney World’s North property line.
We have owned our lot since January 1990.
We have lived in our home since January 25, 1992.
Explosive and high-density growth was guaranteed – and it has happened.
Except.
Except for 200 acres adjacent to our subdivision.
Zoning is one home per 10 acres.
Can you imagine?
It used to be citrus groves.
For five years there has been conflict between a few investors and the local residents.
And so it goes.
