Telling people what you’re gonna do is important, particularly if you’re talking to yourself. In fact, it’s critical.
And we are taught to share our dreams with others. It’s one of the ways you build excitement and support. It’s also a potential trap – to set yourself up for disappointment.
Part of a transformational effort can be going from telling people what you’re gonna do, to telling them what you are doing.
