Feeding our mind, body, and spirit are just the beginning. Then there’s work life and home life to consider. We know this.

Reading is a great way to hear someone else’s voice reinforce our crazy notions as normal, acceptable.

Maybe even as brilliantly liberating.

Letting go of the notion that Mid Life Celebration’s five blogs should follow a time-proven success formula makes me nauseous.

People can’t find even a morsel to eat, nor clean drinking water, and I eat two of the most delicious items in an entire lifetime, within an hour of each other.
