Avery, Blair, and Carrie are three returning staff. Eight staff total for 2022.
Mattie, from Los Angeles, is the Baker.
Lucas, from the Hudson Valley (NY), is the dish-washer.
Chris, from Indiana (maybe), is ‘Utility’ (she helps everywhere).
Shannon, Tennessee, is the Cook.
Brian, (assuming housekeeping) is super friendly.
Avery is the only full-time server this season.
Blair, Manager, is back for her fifth Summer.
Carrie, (assuming) housekeeping, is back for a second Summer. Met Carrie’s Mom, Ann, last September. Ann filled in for her daughter who had to leave three weeks early.
And, serendipitously, Kevin the proprietor, stayed the same night as me. He’s a rockstar in the historical chalet genre. Kevin is the grandson of the couple who saved Sperry and Granite Park Chalets from disappearing.
