It’s not the Magic that makes it work, it’s the work that makes it Magic.

Creativity is work.

Hard work.

Relentless work for a Company that’s never satisfied.

Walt was desperate enough, often enough, to try things no one had attempted – with the sole purpose to stay in business.

Sorry to ruin the Fairy Tale.

Yes, he was creative. Just like you and me.

He was also driven.

And he was smart enough to know the secret to creativity is hire great people, inspire them with the vision, and then become a bee and pollinate the flowers.
