The bank employee thanked me for being a 35-year customer. We started the same year, 1984. She was paying attention and went the extra inch.

It should be automatic.

What?

The value you bring and the fees others are willing to pay because it’s a bargain for what they receive.

Of course.

Is there any other way to give?

Give like you mean it.

Receive like it matters.
