International travel will get increasingly easier

International travel will get increasingly easier.

Why?

International speaking is on the rise with no reason to temper it.

In the future, not having to carry 2,000 sheets of card stock and 2,000 post-it notes will make a trip like today’s a one-small-day-hike-backpack trip. There will be no need for a second piece of luggage.

Additionally, next June’s (2020) Glacier National Park reservations are all set as of two days ago, as are our flights (booked yesterday) for our inaugural 2019 Summer trip.

Kuwait water towers — Waters towers. We have them in my Pennsylvania hometown.

General Manager Kuwait Hotel — Nabil is the General Manager of this 5-Star Hotel. He and i worked at Disney but never met there. Small world after all.

Laughter and crying

Disney keynote speakers — Yesterday i walked across our backyard to our subdivision’s entrance. Why? To offer the airport car service an address other than our own. Why? Over-focused on safety.

Laughter and crying have no accent.

Based on the number and quality of the stores at Dubai airport, neither does shopping.

Son, when you start thinking about your study abroad (100% required), drink it all in. Pick wisely. Start thinking about your selection criteria.

Orlando to Kuwait City — First leg is 14 hours. Eight of those will occupy sleep.

You’ve come a long way, dude.

You’ve worked hard to hone a skill set that enables others to .think .differently

You took risks, like going to Walt Disney World, to experiment with what you might like to do and where you might like to live.

You continue to take risks, like not putting off your first opportunity to be filmed by TED.

Son, remember i’m 60 years old and finally getting this opportunity. Remember also that comparison is the death of joy. Forge your own path. Enjoy all of it. The slow and steady gains, the setbacks, the discoveries, the frustrations…it’s all part of honing your life into something that inspires you.
