What’s that?

It’s similar to this WordPress platform that is open source – where anyone can enhance the code – it’s open to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Anyone, anywhere, anytime can book a speaking engagement for Disney Customer Service Keynote Speaker jeff noel.

The traditional model revolves around doing the selling yourself (DIY) or engaging a Speakers Bureau (who get 20% commission).

In a Speakers Bureau’s defense, they do all the work, and have an industry-wide reputation; they deserve every penny you pay them. Using a Speakers Bureau, all i do besides deliver a world-class speech, is answer these questions:

  1. Are you available on this date?
  2. Can you speak about this topic for this group?
  3. Can you speak for this amount of money in this location?

Three questions.

Yes or no.

When it’s three yeses, i don’t have to worry about any other logistics.

Most photos i post, in any online format, come from my phone.

In yesterday’s jeffnoel.com post you saw a bunch of photos with Disney’s Pluto.

What opens up for me when i know someone’s favorite character is the opportunity to go the extra inch.

The extra inch is a Disney concept that i operationalized while speaking at Disney Institute. Most of my colleagues didn’t see the insane consultative power it yields.

Going the extra inch simply means doing just barely enough (but enough) to surprise and delight a Guest or colleague.

For example, in replying to an email from one of our Son’s teachers, i can include a photo (unexpected) of their favorite Disney Character.

The way i scale this to be able to do it with literally anyone i know (via email, text, Whatsapp, social media), is that i have a structure and process for creating, collecting, and retrieving Disney Character photos.

A first-row audience member lent me their chair so i could reenact the customer interaction.

This is 3/4 of the audience, the other 1/4 is out of sight to the right.

There are four world-class basics that make up the Disney Creativity and Innovation architecture.

i have been teaching our Son (now 18) these Disney blueprints for 12 years.

We are both more creative and adventurous human beings because of this student-teacher-student relationship.

Everything i learned, did, and taught from 32 years as an insider and two-time Walt Disney Lifetime Achievement recipient has been synthesized into brilliantly simplistic DNA.

No one i know has deconstructed Disney’s operational DNA and reconstructed it in such a useful way.

It brings out the excited child in me to offer such a unique professional development opportunity to the world.

Disney Institute Brand Loyalty Keynote Speakers are rare.

Why?

Because The Disney Approach to Managing Creativity and Innovation (DAMCI) was the second to the least requested Disney Institute (DI) Keynote Speech. DAMCI was also the second to the least offered Open Enrollment program.

It was more effective and efficient to have a few people well-versed in the subject matter and logistics to represent DI. i am one of those lucky people.

Note: The Disney Approach to Managing Creativity and Innovation has been discontinued as a product since just before i retired from Disney in 2014.
