Apple Watch fitness app screenshot — Early and easy 5 miles in the yard before 11am. This ain’t unusual. What the heck is unusual anyway? Perhaps it’s more like, “this ain’t uncommon” (for us). Today is a non-walk/activity day. A rest day if you will.

You may regret going after impossible goals. You may not. But i guarantee you will 100% regret wondering, “what if?”

Being early on in this new part of the journey, gut tells me yes.

Friendly reminder to self (and everyone), your clock is ticking.
