Organized to meet Rob at 8am today

Disney Speaker and Thinking Heads
Last week in Miami. LinkedIn post from two days ago. Lucas is on the Thinking Heads social media team.

Organized to meet Rob at 8am today.

And that only happened because i paid attention to a Meetup.com email about a new WordPress meetup for West Orlando.

And from that, i attended one of Rob’s meetups. Rob is the organizer by the way.  So i know he has initiative and drive.

And those things led to me asking him if he’d meet me at the local Publix and we’d drive to Magic Kingdom.

i have a great feeling about this.

Think of me as a corporate architect

New Disney Business programs website
Coming in 35 days or less…a brand new Disney Keynote Speaker website.

Culture insidiously erodes when too many leaders aren’t focused, or when priorities are confused, and when employees at every level can’t find the courage to speak up to challenge the status quo.

Every company has a culture that’s either by design or by default. Think of me as a corporate culture architect, with the (ridiculously) simple blueprints for organizational vibrancy.

Culture yields the greatest business results when it’s something every employee wants to defend. The best (Disney) leaders over-focus on the same things others under-focus on or ignore – Vision, Involvement, Accountability, Commitment.

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.
