Note: From 2008-2016 you could leave a comment. You could also socially share posts. Disabled both features. Also deleted all plugins. Added a 50+ character password. Why do these things? Minimize backdoor brute force cyber-attack attempts success. How’s this for letting go of the past…

35-second video: Scary, yet freeing. Deleted 10,800 comments today.
22-second video: Another 2,300+ comments permanently deleted.
90-second video: Snippet of the comment-deletion process.
20-second video: The final 2,500 comments deleted…10,800 total. Yee-haa! No worries though, there are 26,000 blog posts to peruse.

There’s an amazing sense of freedom from doing what you didn’t think you could do. It’s easy to feel emotionally attached to 10,000 comments…a window to the past.

Hearing It 100 Times?

“Hearing something 100 times is not as good as seeing it once”. — Japanese proverb

“It’s not the material things in life that are important”. Most of us have heard this so many times we’ve  lost track, right?

If we know this to be true, that material things aren’t the important thing, why do we work so hard to get so much stuff?  That’s what I want to know.

I’d like to take a risk and ask you readers to leave a comment with your take on this human dilemma.  Happy Halloween.
