“It’s not the material things in life that are important”. Most of us have heard this so many times we’ve lost track, right?
If we know this to be true, that material things aren’t the important thing, why do we work so hard to get so much stuff? That’s what I want to know.

I’ve been pondering this point myself. In my case, the question twisted to become “is all the money they’re offering me enough to compensate for all the headaches I’ll have if I leave TX to work at another facility?” Not to mention the fact that the other facility is up north so I’d have to buy a winter coat, boots, snow tires, gloves and hats…..
Is the change in title worth it? hmmmmmmmm…..
Sally, you are at a place many people jump at – more money. There is no perfect answer. Life is about balancing what is gained with what is lost. Some things are difficult to put a price tag on, whether it’s more money, more opportunity, more experience, more change, etc. Do you have a plan B if plan A doesn’t work? Good luck.
