Organization reaped some decent rewards yesterday.
- Intentionally walked away from a nicely priced, but too low, speaking opportunity.
- Contracted a project manager. A person i trust and a highly-esteemed former Disney Colleague.
- CEO gave verbal commitment for October engagement.
In all three, i was willing to walk away.
